8.30 pm – Dinner at the Sabores e Cultura restaurant (Tondela), where authentic flavours blend with local tradition

9.00 am – Welcome reception for participants at Hotel SJ (Tondela) and distribution of information

9.15 am – Gathering and group photo

9.30 am – Start of the first day of the Rider, heading for Carregal do Sal

10.00 am – Passing through the stunning landscapes of Aldeia do Sabugueiro, the highest village in Portugal

10.30 am – Coffee break, for a moment of rest and socialising

11.00 am – Departure to continue the route

1.00 pm – Lunch at the Hotel Covilhã Dona Maria

2.00 pm – Continuation of the route towards Torre (Serra da Estrela)

6.15 pm – Departure towards Tondela

8.30 pm – Dinner at the Solar de Vilar restaurant (Vilar de Besteiros, Tondela)

9.00 am – Welcome reception for participants at Hotel SJ (Tondela) and distribution of information

9.15 am – Gathering and group photo

9.30 am – Start of the walk
